HISEPT SEPTOSTERILE-A is a high-level disinfectant for chemical reprocessing of flexible endoscopes & medical devices. This product contains glutaraldehyde 2.4% as a disinfec- tion agent, with fast-acting and broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity. It eliminates virtually all recognized pathogenic microorganisms on medical devices, including all steam and heat-sensitive semi-critical instruments. HISEPT SEPTOSTERILE-A has good material compatibility especially with plastics and metallic materials.

100 g HISEPT SEPTOSTERILE–A contains:

2.4 g glutaraldehyde

Auxiliary ingredients:

Low–foam surfactant
Buffering agent
Corrosion inhibitors
Essence
Dye
Deionized water

Cleaning: The cleaning step plays a key role in chemical processing. The success of the processing depends on thorough cleaning in order that the flexible endoscope is free of secretion and protein residuals. This prevents the incrustation of any remaining contamination during the subsequent disinfecting process.

Reprocessing of flexible endoscopes: Please refer to the manufacturer’s recommendations.

The disinfection tank shall always be covered with a lid.
In case of contact with skin and eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
Keep out of reach of children and unaware persons.
Store between +5°C and + 35 °C and away from direct sunlight.
